Qualifications

Job Description

Cut raw steel material

Milling, drilling, and lathe work

Fit and tack weldments together

Final welding of structures

Portable line boring

Fabrication of hydraulic tube and hose assemblies

Installation of hydraulic plumbing on weldments

Job Qualifications

Competent with semi-automatic gas metal arc welding (GMAW) all positions

3-5 years experience

Competent with manual shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) all positions

Competent with oxy-fuel torching

Competent with carbon-arc torching

Knowledge of portable line boring and basic machining

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

High School Diploma
