Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each child.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Collaborate with parents and staff to support children's development and learning goals.

Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Provide support for children with developmental disabilities, including autism.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavioral observations.

Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Promote positive behavior management techniques within the classroom.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required).

Experience working with children in an educational setting (required).

Knowledge of special education practices (required)

Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents and colleagues (required).

Ability to create a positive learning environment for all students (required).

Patience and understanding when working with children who have diverse needs (required).
