Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to support our immigration practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment while contributing to meaningful work that impacts lives.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on immigration statutes, regulations, and case law

Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and client correspondence

Assist in preparing immigration applications and supporting documentation

Organize and maintain case files and evidence

Attend client meetings and interviews (as appropriate)

Monitor deadlines and case progress

Support attorneys in court preparation and administrative hearings Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from an accredited law school

Strong legal research and writing skills

Demonstrated interest or experience in immigration law preferred

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
