Salary:

Purpose of the Job:

Serves Victory Church by leading, shepherding & pastoring, and equipping a team of technical volunteers for services andspecial events, including at locations & central events/services. They are tomaintainthe technical equipment at each location.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

Must have strong leadership and administrative skills.

Experience in problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers and staff.

Must have strongorganizationskills and be able to prioritize& multitaskusinggood timemanagement skills in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations and varying schedules.

Expertisein areas like audio mixing, live streaming, and lighting systems.

Proven experience in church production or a related field, and an above average knowledge of ProPresenter, Planning Center Online, digital audio consoles, lighting consoles, and networked audio is preferred.

Willingness to continually learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Training and equipping the volunteer production teams at every location to use AV equipment for all positions needed.

Ability to lead, recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a team of production volunteers for audio, video, lighting, and online broadcasts across Victory Church.

Delegate tasks effectively and communicate technical needs to volunteers.

Work closely with pastors, worship leaders, and other ministry staff to support Victorys overall mission.

A creative vision to help produce engaging and worshipful experiences.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and technical details.

Maintain AV equipment to good operational and safe standards.

Identifybad/faulty equipment and make recommendations to the Technology Director.

Oversee the implementation of media, lighting, and audio in live production environments to the standard and vision set by the Worship Pastor across all locations.

Communicate with the Technology Directorforthe purchase of new equipment and the use of existing equipment to align with the vision that they have provided.

Oversee the scheduling and management of teams for all services and events across Victory Church.

Oversee the execution of all liveeventsso they happen according to the Planning Center plan, provided by the ministry team responsible for the event.

Support the worship team with the necessary rehearsals, services, andspecial events.

Coordinate with the Technology Directorfor budgeting fornew equipment, upgrades, and repairs.

Meet weekly with the Worship & Production Staff

Attend monthly All Staff meetings

Other duties as assigned
