About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced MSP Program Leader to oversee program operations while driving growth through relationship management, project oversight, and business development. This role is ideal for a professional who blends operational excellence with sales finesse someone who can strengthen partnerships, identify opportunities, and help expand the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily MSP operations to ensure alignment with client objectives, service level agreements, and performance standards.
Serve as the key point of contact for client leadership, maintaining trusted relationships and consistent communication.
Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth, including new service offerings and process improvements.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop proposals, support RFP responses, and participate in client presentations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Analyze and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Mentor internal teams to ensure consistency, accountability, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in MSP, staffing, workforce solutions, or related leadership roles.
Strong background in project management and/or sales is a huge plus.
Proven ability to manage large-scale client programs with measurable success.
Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Retail industry experience is a plus but not required.
