Schedule: Day, Morning, and Evening shifts

Verka Landscaping is a professional and fast-growing landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients across Calgary and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and oversee staff training programs

Conduct performance reviews and monitor team productivity

Oversee payroll administration and related financial processes

Plan, control, and manage budgets and expenditures

Develop strategic plans for new product and service lines

Establish and implement sales policies and organizational procedures

Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts

Recruit, organize, train, and manage sales staff

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

2 to 3 years of relevant management or corporate sales experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to plan strategically and manage multiple priorities

Must be able to work on-site (no remote work option)
