JOB DESCRIPTION

International Programs Coordinator:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of International Programs, the International Programs Coordinator is a crucial role contributing to program growth, program development, partner relationship management, and exploring new opportunities globally. You will provide support to the team, ensuring high quality execution and alignment with goals. You will also directly manage the specific areas listed below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partnership and Outreach: Lead outreach efforts to identify and build relationships with both new and existing domestic and international partners. Strengthen relationships with community partners and serve as a key liaison with vendors and educators to ensure seamless coordination and support for initiatives.

Program and Event Management: Contribute to the development, planning, and logistics of programs. Support the coordination of all partnership phases, from onboarding and implementation to communication and reporting. Lead or support the planning and execution of our annual events.

Serve as a key representative for Braille Institute at professional conferences and outreach initiatives.

Assist the Senior Director and Senior Manager in ensuring the department's on-site operations run smoothly.

Support with administrative tasks and project related duties.

Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge, Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred. Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of project management including research and analytical methodologies.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to new and existing challenges.

Ability to effectively use applicable information and data collection systems in reporting activities and projects.

Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.

Ability to develop and deliver workshops and informational sessions on program updates.

Ability to work effectively and independently. Schedule:

7.5-hour day.

Day shift.

Monday-Friday.

Work Location:Hybrid

Work Environment: Position works in a standard office environment.

Salary range: $58,000-$62,400
