React Developer

Position: React Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite - 5x/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ReactJS Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about front-end architecture, and experienced in building interactive user interfaces with efficient state management and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop modular, reusable, and scalable ReactJS components.

Implement robust state management using tools such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless, user-centric applications.

Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and responsive compatibility.

Participate in code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot and debug application issues to maintain high reliability. Requirements

Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Zustand).

Experience with RESTful API integration and version control systems (Git).

Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, npm, or Vite.

Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bonus Skills

Hands-on experience with AG Grid Framework for building data-driven, complex UIs.

Knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, or Node.js.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development methodologies
