As an Overnight Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and protecting residents in the memory support care level. You will engage with residents to understand their interests and needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and participate in daily activities. This position involves providing direct personal care and assistance in activities of daily living as well as facilitating scheduled Program activities.

Schedule: Full-Time, overnight 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, working a 4 on, 2 off schedule.

Pay: $20.50-26 /hr depending on experience.

Base pay: $20.50-26 /hr.

Additional Hourly Pay: $2 for evenings, $3 for nights, $3 for weekend shifts.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Experience working with seniors.

Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
