Role: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Required Certifications:

CST (NBSTSA or NCCT accepted)

BLS (AHA)

Experience / Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years’ Surgical Tech experience

Da Vinci Robot and Mako experience – required

Must be team-oriented and capable of assisting with room turnover, cleaning, and case setup in a smaller hospital environment

Must demonstrate honesty and self-awareness regarding skill level during interview
