About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to learn more about ADT home security systems and how they can save on installation and equipment through MySecurityCost.com. Your goal will be to provide friendly, professional assistance while guiding customers to the best home protection options for their needs.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries about home security systems
Provide accurate product and pricing information to customers
Schedule appointments and assist with service requests
Maintain accurate customer records in our system
Deliver an excellent customer experience every time
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
