At ER Autocare, We're looking for an organized, self-motivated, and people-savvy professional to join our leadership team as a Recruiter. This key role supports business growth by driving recruiting operations, onboarding excellence, and day-to-day coordination with leadership.What You'll Do
Oversee and execute the recruiting pipeline from sourcing through onboarding
Maintain consistent communication with leadership to align on hiring quality and progress
Manage onboarding logistics - uniforms, welcome kits, and all candidate touchpoints
Track candidate interactions and re-engagement timelines through CRM tools
Organize and systemize recruiting processes to ensure consistency and accountability
Support leadership in scheduling, follow-up, and operational coordination
Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, resume mining, local outreach) to find top talentWho You Are
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
Naturally persuasive and confident - able to "sell" the opportunity and move people forward
Skilled at multitasking and managing systems
Comfortable working closely with leadership as a true peer and integrator
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Ideal backgrounds include high-performing Executive Assistants, recruiters, operations coordinators, or professionals from hospitality, education, or automotive service leadership who know how to juggle details and people with equal skill.Bonus Points
