Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for providing direct chiropractic care to patients. You will work in a team environment with Physical Therapists and Acupuncturists under the referral of the Occupational Medicine physician. You will be supported by office staff to manage authorizations, patient scheduling, and billing.

This position will see a variety of orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries and workplace wellness and injury prevention.

Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients, and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.

Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient according to their needs and goals

Update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.

Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise and self-are techniques for injury prevention

Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.

Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program

Unrestricted California Chiropractic License (Required)

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Outpatient or previous healthcare setting experience is preferred.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Salary:

Salary Range $50-$60 hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
