Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Rosebud, SD

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am shifts

Start Date: 1 - 2 months

Hourly Rate: $100/Hr

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The NP/PA will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients across a variety of acute and chronic conditions. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and injuries in collaboration with supervising physicians as needed.

20-bed hospital with onsite hospitalist, 36 hours of MD coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage per day.

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice.

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.

Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Minimum 3 years of ER experience required.
