You’ll work independently while collaborating with physicians and care teams, delivering high-quality wound assessment, treatment, and management across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, debridement, and dressing management

Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to coordinate care plans

Travel to skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region

Requirements

Active APRN and RN licenses

Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited NP program

Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
