Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers interested in home security services. Your role is to assist customers with product information, provide quotes, and connect them with the right solutions to fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from customers across the U.S.

Explain home security system options and pricing (including ADT Security offers).

Help customers understand how they can save on equipment and installation.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with leads.

Qualifications:

Must reside in or near Houston, TX.

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Strong computer and internet proficiency.

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred but not required.
