Maintenance Tech- West Jefferson Ohio

Job Description

Acloche is hiring in the West Jefferson area! We have a great job opportunity for maintenance technicians. You need to read, write, understand equipment manuals, and have your own tools.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Job Qualifications/Description:

General Manufacturing Maintenance:

Troubleshoot motor controls

Understand transformers

Perform mechanical maintenance

Experience with CNC electrical controls is helpful

General Facility Maintenance:

Handle plumbing tasks

Perform carpentry and painting

Maintain fire systems (PIVs and extinguishers)

Keep air compressors in working order

Maintain all buildings, grounds, and equipment (including working at heights)

Operate forklifts and rigging for moving machines

Know about 3 phase electric motors and machine controls

Lift medium to heavy weights

Fabrication:

Repair and troubleshoot machines and mechanical systems

Read drawings and plans to decide on work steps

Operate equipment in the tool and machine room

Weld steel using ARC and stick equipment, including oxy/acetylene and plasma cutters

Hydraulics and Pneumatics:

Repair hydraulic and pneumatic parts

Install new hydraulic and pneumatic parts

Rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves and pumps
