Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries about home security systems
Guide customers through pricing, equipment, and installation options
Provide accurate information about ADT offers and promotions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Deliver excellent service that reflects our brand’s integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
Must reside in the New York City area (work from home position)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
Basic computer skills and comfort navigating online platforms
