Key Responsibilities:

Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with UX teammates to co-create thoughtful design solutions.

Confident communicator and skilled storyteller able to present concepts and final designs to stakeholders, clearly articulating the why behind design decisions using research insights, best practices, and business context.

Experience partnering with development teams, including handing off specifications, engaging in constructive conversations, and demonstrating a basic understanding of development workflows or coding principles to foster mutual respect and alignment.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Skills-Interaction Design, Design Systems, UX Design.

Strong foundation in interaction design, complemented by visual design skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand, accessibility, and internal design system guidelines.

Proven experience with design systems building, maintaining, and evolving scalable libraries paired with advanced Figma expertise, including best practices in component creation and library maintenance.

Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to log decisions, track design changes, and manage updates across multiple files to maintain consistency.

Ability to see the big picture, recognize patterns, and determine when to standardize or create new design solutions.
