Office Services Associate – Print

We are seeking a computer-savvy and detail-oriented Office Services Associate – Print to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of print production, managing reprographics services, and ensuring efficient document management.
Your expertise in operating printing equipment, managing print workflows, and delivering high-quality print materials will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional print services. Previous print experience is a significant bonus.
This role reports to the Lead Office Services Print Associate or the Client Relations Manager.
Essential Responsibilities
Print Production & Management: Operate and maintain various printing equipment (digital, copiers, wide-format). Prioritize jobs, manage workflows, and ensure color calibration and quality.
Reprographics Services: Handle all reprographics requests, including copying, scanning, binding, and finishing for various documents.
Quality Control & Proofing: Perform thorough quality checks on all materials to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, address inquiries, offer guidance, and manage expectations throughout the print process.
Inventory & Supplies: Maintain and order printing supplies (paper, ink, toner) to prevent stockouts and coordinate with vendors.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all print jobs and generate reports on print volume and equipment performance.
Training: Actively participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements & Competencies
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and respond to client inquiries.
A team player with a positive attitude who can build relationships.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
A pleasant and cheerful disposition.
