Medical Liaison Officer

Job Summary:

Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company in Cambodia, is seeking a Medical Liaison Officer to serve as the scientific expert in Oncology, Cardiology, Respiratory, and Gastroenterology. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting cross-functional teams with medical guidance, and driving medical excellence and brand growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Serve as medical and scientific expert for assigned therapy areas, with primary focus on Oncology.

Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and institutions.

Train medical representatives and sales managers on product formulation and clinical knowledge.

Organize conferences, meetings, and workshops to support brand recognition and prescription growth.

Communicate clinical and real-world evidence in alignment with company strategy.

Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure medical accuracy and compliance.

Conduct internal training sessions and support cross-functional teams.

Monitor competitor activities and therapeutic landscape to inform decisions.

Main Requirements:

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) is mandatory.

3-5 years as a Medical Advisor or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience with multinational companies preferred.

Strong expertise in Oncology (preferred), Cardiology, Respiratory, or Gastroenterology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
