Our rapidly growing company is searching for a full-time administration assistant, who has the people skills and initiative to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist our office staff and brokers with day-to-day operations & activities. Reporting to the head of support, you will take responsibility of a wide range of tasks on a daily basis. You will be provided with ongoing training and support in order for you to succeed at the role. This role has a strong potential for growth, and will see you adopt vital skills to propel you further in your career.
The ideal candidate will have strong personal initiative and is a quick learner. They will be able to think ‘outside of the box’ and work efficiently at all times. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow their knowledge and responsibility, seeking growth where possible.

Administration Assistant responsibilities include:
Basic calendar management
Filing and organising documents
Stocking & ordering consumables
Typing
Data entry
Formatting documents
Assist with organising staff lunches and team functions
Printing & scanning
Maintaining office printer
Ordering business cards
ADHOC tasks & errands
Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy
Emptying shred bins daily
Assisting with general marketing
