Service Sales Representative HVAC

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Representative to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves promoting and selling HVAC maintenance and service contracts, as well as identifying opportunities for system upgrades and replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.

Provide accurate quotes and proposals for service contracts and system installations.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in HVAC technology.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree completed

At least 5 years of experience in Sales focused on HVAC

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in English

Willing to travel

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license
