$2,269.84 Gross per Week

*PREVIOUS TRAVEL STRONGLY PREFERRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI*

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Primary Location: ThedaCare Neenah - Neenah, WI

Shift Requirement: 12hr NOCS

Start times: 6p-6a; Every Fri/Sat/Sun

Weekends: Every Weekend

Holidays: Holiday rotation

Call: None

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities

Certifications Required: ARRT, WI license & AHA BLS

Education Required: Associates

Minimum 3+ years experience REQUIRED

Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year REQUIRED

Primary Cases: General x-dat, Fluoro, Trauma, ED, inpatient, outpatient. Traveler wont have to do OR.

No new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
