Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Census: 34 beds (Case Manager will manage ~14 patients)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of case management experience in a hospital setting

EMR: Cerner

Dress Code: Business casual

Parking: Employee Parking Structure (East Lot)
