Position Summary
The Project Manager – will oversee the on-site execution of product installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. This role requires hands-on construction experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and client expectations in dynamic field environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the installation of specialized construction products on sites across various regions.
Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the company, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Resolve field issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, reports, and change orders.
Support commissioning and handover processes for completed installations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction systems and infrastructure products.
Strong understanding of construction site safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
