Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with various departments including production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain risks to ensure inventory availability.

Conduct data analysis to forecast demand and monitor supply chain performance.

Optimize procurement processes and supplier relationships to improve product quality and delivery performance.

Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills.

Prepare and manage budgets related to supply chain operations.

Train and lead team members in best supply chain practices.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.

Proven experience in inventory management and logistics.

Strong analytical skills with a capability to interpret complex data.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
