This is a comprehensive stroke center facility featuring state-of-the-art interventional neurology labs and operating rooms. The hospital provides 24/7 coverage with full support staff including APPs, specially trained RNs and RTs for endovascular neuro cases, and complete OR teams to ensure excellent patient care.

Board Certified - Neurosurgeon with Endovascular Fellowship

Job Details:

• MUST BE A NEUROSURGEON with completed fellowship in ENDOVASCULAR - this is a critical requirement• Provide comprehensive intervention coverage for a Comprehensive Stroke Center• Perform endovascular neuro procedures, thrombectomies, and aneurysm treatments• Complete procedure/operative notes and post-operative follow-ups• Work with Epic EMR system• Excellent support staff including 24/7 APP coverage in the inpatient hospital• Specialized RN and RT staff trained in endovascular neuro cases in the interventional lab• Normal OR contingent with RNs and Surgical Techs• Must maintain active Tennessee medical license or hold IMLC• Board certification required along with BLS and DEA certifications• Clean malpractice history required• Ongoing coverage with schedule to be determined• 24/7 on-call coverage responsibilities included

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
