Resident Assistant (CNA Training) Rate: $16/hr.
Job Summary: As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide essential support services to residents, gaining valuable experience that leads to a facility-sponsored CNA trainee program.
This role includes classroom instruction, clinical practice, and on-the-job training to prepare you for CNA certification.
Essential Duties: * Replenish unit supplies and make unoccupied beds.
* Transport residents to dining, therapies, and appointments.
* Assist with meal tray pass and pass water to residents.
* Maintain residents' rooms and personal belongings.
* Report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse.
* Adhere to infection control practices and facility policies.
* Attend mandatory training sessions.
