Description:

Role: Senior Business Analyst - Expert level

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Work schedule: 40 hours per week

Work mode: Hybrid (2 days remote/3 days onsite)

Description:

Our client is making changes to its business processes and systems. Two major projects will occur simultaneously: an in-depth analysis of the current end-to-end business processes across operations to determine the most effective future process, and the implementation of a new CRM solution, which requires reviewing existing processes and applying an ideal solution to support the business.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead the review, modeling, and optimization of their end-to-end business processes within a manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and will also play a key role in the successful implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, manufacturing operations, and enterprise system implementations, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. We are looking for a rigorous, versatile, and autonomous professional who thrives equally well in structured analysis and in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

- Analyze and document current end-to-end business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service.

- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.

- Develop future-state process models and support change management initiatives.

CRM Implementation Support:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

- Participate in system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate process improvements.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Create detailed documentation including process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.

Proven experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
