IT and Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a talented IT and Cyber Security Specialist to join outeamas we shape our ambitious global security strategy. Based in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our security landscape across all levels of the organization.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Manage and optimize security technologies within the Microsoft stack

Respond to security incidents in close cooperation with the incident management team and our SOC partner

Collaborate with IT infrastructure team and ServiceDesk incident management teams to ensure integration of security practices and resolution of security-related issues

Design, implement, and maintain advanced security measures aligned with global strategy

Act as a subject matter expert, translating security concepts into practical, actionable solutions throughout the organization

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of MDR, SIEM, Defender, AzureProven experience with security incident response and collaboration with SOC teams

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of implementing OT and IT security measures in pharmaceutical or similar production environments

Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NIS2, ISO27001, CIS18, and NIST

Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and prioritization

Interest in artificial intelligence security applications
