POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst, Business Process Improvement and VOS, is responsible for automation support (using Workato, Power Automate, and/or other automation applications), project coordination, and team administration to further improve the end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI), and Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes within the Americas region.
In this role you will need a process improvement mindset, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate solutions, and coordinate different projects. The ability to influence others and obtain business buy-in are critical to being successful in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
AUTOMATION SUPPORT
Provide support and backup to the Automation Architect, Business Process Improvement and VOS
Draft project documentation and coordinate meetings
Facilitate requirements gathering discussions and document requirements
Support decision analysis of best-fit tool to meet customer requests
Support reporting and analysis requests with SQL
Design, build, and monitor Workato recipes, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Attend and participate in Architectural Review Board (ARB) meetings, as required
Assist with the continued adoption of Workato throughout the organization and provide stakeholder support on questions, debugging, etc.
PROJECT COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to Project Managers on assigned projects with meeting coordination and follow-up, workshop scheduling and facilitation, data analysis, process map creation, stakeholder communication, and project documentation (e.g., GANTT, requirements, RACI, SOPs, training materials, etc.)
TEAM ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
“Lunch and Learn” coordination, including compiling and maintaining the Lunch and Learn backlog, liaising with Subject Matter Experts, and scheduling and coordinating events
SharePoint Administration, including maintenance of the Business Process Improvement team SharePoint site, performance of routine review of materials, and creating best-in-class organization for knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus. Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal/external functions.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems. Good attention to details.
Technical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience in Power BI preferred).
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Strong, proven business partnering mentality; has the maturity and awareness to strike the right balance between facilitating and challenging the business.
Adaptability: Can adapt to change and navigate uncertainty. Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines for activities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
