Join Our Contaminated Land Team

We’re looking for a Principal Contaminated Land Specialist to join our VIC team. You’ll take the lead on contaminated land investigations, site remediation, and environmental risk strategy — working closely with our EPA-accredited Site Auditor and national CLM team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading contaminated land investigations (PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, validation)

Managing field programs, contractors, and junior staff

Overseeing data interpretation, reporting and recommendations

Liaising with clients, auditors, regulators and internal teams

Supporting regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement

Developing proposals and contributing to business development

Mentoring junior consultants and building technical capability

What You’ll Need

Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or related field

15+ years of experience in contaminated land consulting in Australia

Strong working knowledge of VIC and national legislation (EP Act, NEPM)

Excellent writing, reporting and client communication skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex sites

Desire to lead, mentor, and grow your technical influence
