Monitor system performance and reliability; implement logging, alerts, and recovery strategies.

Collaborate with development teams to support feature rollouts, bug fixes, and environment configuration.

Write and maintain scripts for automation using tools like Bash, Python, or Terraform.

Enforce best practices for DevOps, infrastructure as code (IaC), and system security.

Maintain and monitor staging and production environments.

Assist in managing DNS, SSL certificates, and backups.

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or System Administrator role.

Proficiency with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.

Strong understanding of Linux servers, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Experience with version control (Git) and container orchestration.

Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Excellent communication and ability to work across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Familiarity with Nginx, Apache, MySQL, and Redis.

Exposure to security practices, including firewalls, SSH, and vulnerability scanning.

Previous experience supporting SaaS platforms or web applications at scale.
