Quality Control Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:

• Analyze and improve quality control systems, procedures, and standards to enhance overall product reliability and efficiency.

• Monitor production processes to identify defects and provide technical guidance for corrective and preventive actions.

• Evaluate and optimize ERP, BOM, and MES-based manufacturing execution systems across multiple production lines.

• Develop, test, and implement configuration or process modifications to meet functional and technical requirements.

• Conduct quality inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with internal specifications, customer expectations, and industry regulations.

• Maintain consistent product quality throughout production, storage, and delivery stages.

• Record, analyze, and report production quality issues to management, proposing effective improvement strategies.

• Support long-term strategic quality initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and implementation of advanced quality management technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in quality control engineering for automotive parts manufacturing.
