Production Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:

• Analyze and improve production systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

• Evaluate production processes and material behavior, advising production teams on quality control and operational improvements.

• Develop, maintain, and manage production project data, including test plans and coordination with quality control.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize production equipment, tooling, and machinery to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime.

• Implement configuration changes and technological improvements on production lines to meet functional and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with production teams to identify operational needs and provide engineering and technology-based solutions.

• Evaluate and optimize ERP- and MES-based manufacturing execution systems for improved production control and resource management.

• Monitor market trends, engineering standards, and safety requirements to support strategic production planning and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in production engineering for automotive parts manufacturing.
