Freight Handler Equipment Operator

Overview

Work as part of a warehouse team loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently. This position involves both manual handling and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks and move freight using pallet jack or forklift.

Verify counts and condition of incoming cargo.

Record receipts and label freight accurately.

Store items in proper locations and containerize loads when needed.

Assist with general warehouse upkeep.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

1–3 years warehouse/freight handling experience preferred.

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
