Your Responsibilities:
Prioritize safety in all tasks.
Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity when interacting with clients and coworkers.
Act as an empathetic problem solver, utilizing comprehensive training to recommend innovative solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Achieve sales objectives through prospecting for new business and managing assigned leads.
Leverage marketing tools to drive new business development.
Conduct thorough inspections of client properties—no worries, we'll provide all necessary training!
Offer recommendations based on inspections, addressing client concerns and ensuring they feel at ease with their pest management solutions.
Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized—training on this will also be provided.
What We Offer:
Estimated first-year earnings: $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
Base earnings plus uncapped commission.
