We are looking for a passionate and organised Wedding Coordinator to join our team in Groot Brak Rivier. The ideal candidate will ensure every couple’s special day runs smoothly – from planning and preparation to the final celebration.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and preferences.
– Coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including décor, catering, logistics, and entertainment.
– Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution.
– Manage timelines, schedules, and on-the-day coordination.
– Handle last-minute changes or issues calmly and professionally.
– Maintain the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
– 1–2 years’ experience in event or wedding coordination.
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
– Ability to remain composed under pressure.
– Must reside in or near Groot Brak Rivier or be willing to relocate immediately.
– Immediate start required.
