Chef

Aramark UK is hiring a Chef for the High School of Dundee (DD1 1HU). This is a term-time only position, Mon-Fri 7.30am-3pm. Occasional Saturday mornings will also be required. You’ll be joining a small team to prepare and cook food for up to 200 pupils. An Enhanced PVG check is required for this role.

A day in the life of a Chef:

Serve breakfast, mid-morning food and lunch to up to 200 pupils

Deliver hospitality for school events

Work in all areas of food preparation, cooking, serving and cleaning of food areas

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Ideally, experience of working in a kitchen in the education sector

Knowledge of recipe management system

Basic knife and preparation skills

Knowledge of HACCP food systems
