WE’RE HIRING: RECRUITERS

Work Location: Cebu IT Park Schedule: Day Shift (Mondays to Fridays) 1. Experienced Recruiter

At least 2 years of solid recruitment experience (preferably in BPO or corporate hiring)

Strong background in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: 30,000 – 35,000 2. Entry-Level Recruiter

No prior recruitment experience required — training will be provided

Must have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people and talent acquisition

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary Range: 16,000 – 20,000 Qualifications (for both roles): Must be a college graduate Detail-oriented, organized, and can work under minimal supervision Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
