ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired Education is inviting is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and passionate Visual Arts Teachers with experience in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) who would like to be based in Southern Spain.
The successful candidate will inspire creativity and artistic expression across middle and high school, deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons, manage departmental resources, and contribute to the school’s vibrant extracurricular and community arts initiatives — including exhibitions, trips, and special events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver high-quality, engaging Visual Arts lessons across MYP and DP.
Develop and enhance the Visual Arts curriculum within the school.
Manage departmental budget, resources, and materials.
Lead extracurricular and co-curricular Visual Arts activities and trips.
Collaborate with the Arts team to inspire and engage students.
Contribute to student pastoral care as a group advisor.
Support safeguarding and school-wide responsibilities as required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field.
Teaching certification and/or relevant licensure.
Experience teaching IB MYP & DP Visual Arts.
Strong personal artistic skill and professional practice.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative approach to departmental and school development.
