Drive Change

Get involved in change management initiatives that improve our global QA processes.

Support Global Projects

Collaborate on cross-regional projects that impact our commercial affiliates worldwide.

Dive into CAPA Data

Analyze Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) trends to identify areas for improvement.

What You’ll Learn

Change Management in a global QA context

KPI reporting and data visualization (Excel, Power BI)

Complaint handling processes for medical devices

Project coordination and cross-functional teamwork

Problem-solving and process improvement techniques

Your Profile

Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Fluent in English

Comfortable with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint

Bonus: Some experience in project management
