Brand Ambassador

Job Title: Brand Ambassador,

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, health & fitness and a strong understanding of wearable technology / products. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the brand asset deployed in the store, ensure Merchandising & Plano as shared by the brand.

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the product.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest Wearable, IT & CSD technologies and trends.

* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal store performance.

* Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates.

Eligibility:

* Must be undergraduate, high school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 years of experience FMCG/beauty and cosmetic.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Fluent English is must

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Well verse with the Social Media platforms.
