MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of MEP works for Tendering, from initial estimates through to final accounts.

This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible working hours while contributing to high-quality project.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents for MEP works.

Conduct quantity take-offs from MEP drawings and specifications.

Prepare and review cost reports and financial forecasts for MEP components.

Support in value engineering and provide cost-saving recommendations.

Ensure all documentation complies with contractual and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying or cost management.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or similar). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software . Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
