Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Lagos

Gender: Male/Female

Age Range: 18 – 30 years

Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field

Salary Range: 80,000 – 150,000 (Gross Monthly Salary)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Back Office Executive to support our service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling spare parts or service-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, service teams, and internal departments.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily service operations to maintain service excellence.

Communicate effectively with the team and customers to ensure timely service delivery.

Prepare and submit quotations for spare parts and service repairs.

Generate invoices and ensure prompt supply of items to customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve queries.

Prepare and submit reports to the Supervisor as per company guidelines.

Maintain proper filing of both hard and soft copies of reports and other records.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration or a relevant field.

1–2 years of experience in a similar or related back-office role, preferably in spare parts or service industries.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.

Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
