HR Deputy shall manage daily HR operations, leading the HR team, developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business goals and overseeing functions like recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Key responsibilities also involve ensuring legal compliance, managing performance and training programs and using HR data to provide insights to senior management.
Qualification:
· Proven experience as HR Supervisor, HR Team Lead, HR Officer and/or HR Senior Officer
· Graduate of behavioral course or with relevant work experience
· With broad understanding of Labor Code of the Philippines and mandatory benefits
· Experience in HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc)
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMIS is a plus
· Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem solving and decision making aptitude
· Strong ethics and reliability
· Matured and able to work in less supervision
