Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215 Type of Employment: Full-time Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary) Compensation: Salaried, starting at $83,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit (up to $350 monthly tuition assistance) Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager.
This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

Center specialties include: Ortho, Pelvic Health, Vestibular, Amputees, Aquatics, Dry Needling, Concussion, ReVital and Lymphedema.
2 years of Outpatient experience required.
Previous leadership training or experience preferred.
