We are seeking an entry level maintenance technician to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

Assist our maintenance team with day-to-day operations

Ability to complete tasks as needed with or without supervision

Possess a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively

Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and similar trades are preferred

Understanding of how to use basic hand and power tools are preferred

Position Requirements

Position Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to bend down to pick up from the ground; climb step, ladders, and extension ladders; work with hands extended above head

Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to walk for a majority of the work shift

Possess a valid driver's license
