Field Marketing Coordinator

Join the mission to deliver a fast, fun, and quality car?wash experience. Tsunami Express Car Wash operates 70+ express locations across the Midwest and is expanding to 100+ sites in the next three years. As a Field Marketing Coordinator, you will build brand awareness, drive local traffic, and grow membership at 8?12 locations within your region.

Responsibilities

Execute the regional field marketing playbook to drive local traffic and sales.

Plan, organize, and lead community?based events such as grand openings, fundraisers, local festivities, and regional sports partnerships.

Support in?market promotions and events including Limited Time Offers and Member Appreciation Days.

Collaborate with site management teams to ensure executional excellence and alignment across marketing activities.

Act as a local brand ambassador, identifying new community opportunities and building partnerships that increase awareness and membership.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.

2+ years of marketing experience in a retail or consumer?facing industry.

Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work cross?functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Self?motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast?paced environment.

High attention to detail, especially during event execution and reporting.

Must be based within 50 miles of the job posting and able to travel 80%+ of the time.

Ability to lift/move boxes up to 30 lbs containing marketing materials such as banners, signage, and flags.

Success Measurement

Growth in retail traffic and end?of?period (EOP) membership counts.

Successful execution and reporting of events and community activations.

Site readiness and overall customer experience during marketing efforts.

Work Environment

Remote work environment with the ability to travel 80%+ of the time including some short?notice travel.
